My Easy Shop provides custom printing services including but not limited to T-shirts, mousepads, and cups/mugs. We offer both individual and bulk printing services with various customization options.
Our services are available across India. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary based on location. We reserve the right to refuse service in areas where we cannot guarantee quality delivery.
We offer design consultation and modification services. All design work remains the intellectual property of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All orders are subject to acceptance by My Easy Shop. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain inappropriate content or violate intellectual property rights.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Rush orders may have different modification policies.
You retain ownership of all designs, images, and content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your order and related customer service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted material without proper authorization.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by My Easy Shop and protected by intellectual property laws.
We strive to maintain high quality standards for all our products. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of the printing process and materials used.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and location. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Custom printed items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or an error on our part. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We may suspend services for maintenance or other operational reasons.
